Certification Process
What can I do if I do not pass the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination and need to retest? You can retest only if you did not pass the examination, or if your current certification is expiring. You will need to purchase a new exam each time you need to retest.
This course is 2 hours in length. To obtain your 2-year Texas Food Handlers Certification, this course must be completed in its entirety and you must pass the 25-question final exam with a passing score of 70% or better.
